So far so good

As what i have researched about my topical, Chinese business culture, i have learned some new things which i've never know. Culture is too complex which means i have to do more works to make people feel more clear about it. I have done some reading journals, each of them are helpful for me to understand more about it. What left is my survey result, I have done it and asked some people to finish it so far, and I'll see if i can ask some native people to help me with it, so I can get more opinions from the people in different cultures. There is one problem I have right now, which is I can't decid who I am going to interview about my topic. Because my topic is about culture, so I want to find someone who works in this field, so that I can get more clear and correct opinion about it. In the other hand, I thought about if i can interview some students in YUELI, so that I could talk about if people from other culture knows my topic well or not before i give the presentation. Anyway, it is been good so far and i like it very much.

Steve Jobs Stanford Commencement Speech 2005

It is a Commencement speech that Steve Jobs gave in Stanford 2005. He stated three stories about his life; the first one was about connecting the dots, which means every stop in his life developing was useful for his successful. The second one was about love and lost. He told about love which is the feeling to the work you are going to do, and do not feel lost if there is no interesting job for you so far. Keeping thinking and find one which you loved best. The third one was about death. The purpose he mentioned this is to tell people make everyday is the last day you are in the world and make sure what to do is right.

Little Miss Sunshine

I like this movie really much, not only because the story but also the language in it eventhough it is a little....dirty.... I don't want to talke about the story here because i am sure everybody should have a really good understanding of it. From the story, I got the new definition of winner, which is try the best, no matter if win the competition or not. That is why the whole family jump on the stage to show their dancing, and they wanted to show how hard they've been through. Maybe the behaviors they have is kind of crazy, and some people may think it is stupid, but i would say that's the reason how the family had been sick and how it changes in the end.
There is one character i really want to talk about is the mother Sheryl. In the last part of the story, when everybody wants Olive to give up the show, she insists to let her daughter finish it. Because she thought if they let Olive to give up, it is the equivalent to ruin her life. Oliver is who she is!!! I admire Oliver that she has such a nice and warm family thich everybody wants to protect her, moreover, she has a mother who can make right choice for her for the whole life.

Self-intorduction

Well, as you know, this is carson, and im gonna to give you guys an introduction about me.
I am from China, an active and sunny guy (I think lol), and this is my second section in YUELI which I am still enjoying the life here. I want to study in York next Jan, so I may study harder to pass other test, for instance, Toefl or Yuelt. Well, good luck to me and it is really nice to see you guys in this level.
For this level's research paper, I would like to do the research about Chinese Business Culture. After finish studying here, I may go back to my country which I am not so sure so far. As a preparation, I would like to do some research first so I could be more familiar to this field when I become part of it in the future. Moreover, I think it should be interesting for you guys to know some culture about China. No matter what kind of culture it is, it is the culture you did not know before, so, let's study it together!
